How do I prolong the life of my watch?

In order to keep the lifetime of the watch two principal features should be cared for. 1) Keep your watch sealed 2) Keep the watch lubricated
How do I know if my watch is sealed?

Every 1-2 years any water resistance timepiece should be tested up to the recommended pressure in order to verify if the watch is sealed.
What is the repair procedure?

Once we have emailed the quotation to you, for each repair completion time may vary in accordance to the type of repair. Below is a guideline of completion time for each type:

Battery replacement – While you wait

Strap replacement – While you wait

Pressure test – While you wait

Bracelet repairs – Same day or next day (this may vary depending on the extent of repair)

Glass replacement – 1-2 days (this may vary depending on stock availability)

Dial Swaps- Next day (If needed urgently please request at counter)

Replacement seals – 2-3 days (this may vary depending on stock availability)

Bespoke straps- 1-2 weeks

Service- 3-4 weeks (this is an average timeframe may be shorter or longer, depending on completion dates and stock availability, our team always aim to help, if you require a watch to be ready before travel or special occasions please let us know and we will do our best to assist within reach)

How long may a quotation take?

Once we are in receipt of the watch we aim to have quotation on movement repairs within 3-5 working days.
How can I speed up the watch repair process?

Once you have received the quotation from our customer service team, please let us know as soon as possible you wish to proceed and we will do our best to have the watch ready as soon as possible. If you require a watch to be ready before travel or special occasions please let us know and we will do our best to assist
