Order Your Free Shipping Kit

Complete the form and we’ll send your secure, pre-paid shipping kit straight to your door.

Pack Your Watch Safely

Inside the kit, you’ll find a short form. Please fill it out and include it in your parcel. Place your watch in the small bubble bag provided.

Record and Send

Before sealing the kit, for yourself, take a photo and a short video of you packaging the watch. Keep a copy of your tracking reference.

Confirmation From Us

Once your kit arrives at our workshop, we’ll email you a receipt confirmation with your allocated job reference number.

What to expect next

Quotations

Please allow 5-7 working days from the day we receive your kit to receive your repair quotation for approval.

Deposits

For repairs over £150.00, a 30% deposit will be required before work begins.

If You Decline the Repair

A small handling fee and return postage will be charged:

Non-chrono watches: £10.00

Chronograph watches: £20.00

Watches with rust in the movement: £45.00–£100.00 (confirmed upon inspection)

Return postage + packaging + Insurance: Starting at £24.00

If we cannot repair your watch due to unavailable parts, we will cover the return postage fee.

Does Tic Toc Man charge return postage?

Return postage is charged at £24.00 for watches valued under £2,500 and £48.00 for watches valued over £2,500. This fee covers postage, handling, packaging, and full insurance
What should I expect when the shipping kit has been sent?

Your pre-paid shipping kit will arrive by 1pm on the next working day. You can track its progress online through Royal Mail, and our team will email you as soon as it arrives with us, including your allocated job reference.
How do I ensure my shipping kit is insured?

All instructions are provided in the kit.

Retain the tracking reference
Take a picture of the timepiece prior to shipping
Take a picture of the Parcel with timepiece enclosed
You do not need to send this to us it just needs to be retained for your information.
