Inside the kit, you’ll find a protective bubble bag, a simple information form, and a pre-paid tracked return label. We recommend taking a photo and short video while sealing the kit for your own peace of mind, and keeping a copy of your tracking reference. Once your parcel arrives with us, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your allocated job reference number.

Please note:
We do not keep original watch boxes or additional packaging, so avoid sending them. For repairs over £150, a 30% deposit will be requested before work begins. If a repair is declined, a small handling fee and return postage cost apply. However, if parts are unavailable and we are unable to complete the repair, we will cover the return postage.
